Just to be fair, Firefox also has bookmark/password sync via Xmarks.

Google Chrome should have password sync functional within a couple of weeks.

And one of my other favourite features of Chrome is click and drag from the Downloads bar on the bottom into forms. Say you download a file, you can drag it into an email, or onto the Desktop, or back into a web form.
